At Tulle Lux Bridal Company, we want you to feel confident in your purchase; however, due to the delicate and made-to-order nature of our bridal wear, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit or exchange on eligible items. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Contact our bridal support team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place your item back in its original garment bag and shipping box to ensure delicate fabrics like tulle and lace are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Credit

  Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 7-10 business days.
